Two motorcyclists perish in Lodhran accident

LODHRAN (Dunya News) – Two people riding a motorcycle died after being hit by a van on Multan Road here on Saturday night.

The tragic accident took place near Jala Arian on Multan Road when a trailer and a van collided, killing the motorcyclists, who fell on the road after being hit the van.

Having being informed, police and rescue teams scrambled to the accident site and launched a rescue operation. Initial investigation has revealed that the accident occurred due to excessive speed. Further investigation was underway.

The dead bodies were handed over to the bereaved families, who refused to conduct post-mortem of the dead bodies.
