The inflation has risen to 13 percent: Sherry Rehman
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Sherry Rehman on Wednesday said that inflation is at highest level of two years and no end of this tsunami is in sight.
Sherry Rehman, in a tweet, said that with 0.39 percent increase, the inflation has risen to 13 percent meanwhile price of cooking oil has increased by 54.33 percent, pulses 41.3 percent and power tariff by 56 percent.
Petrol price has increased by Rs35 per liter and diesel by Rs30 in first seven months of the current fiscal year. Health sector also witnessed whopping inflation of 9.15 percent, she added.
