IHC dismisses MD PTV Yousaf Baig Mirza
Engineer Mustafa Kamal Qazi has been appointed as acting MD.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Friday dismissed Pakistan State Television’s (PTV) Managing Director (MD) Yousaf Baig Mirza .
IHC Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui announced the decision over a petition submitted by former MD PTV Ashraf Azeem against the appointment of the incumbent MD Yousaf Baig Mirza.
The court also ordered the government to appoint new MD on merit within 30 days.
