Kajol shares thoughts on climax scene of 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai'

MUMBAI (Web Desk) - Kajol, the leading lady of the 1998 film 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai' recently shared her opinion on the film's climax scene. The iconic movie starred Kajol alongside Bollywood's 'King' Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan.
In the film, Kajol's character Anjali chooses to go with Shah Rukh Khan's character Rahul, even though she was set to marry Salman Khan's character Aman. Speaking about the scene, Kajol revealed that if it were up to her, she would have chosen Aman over Rahul.
The actress shared, "On the script level, maybe I would have gone with Salman's character, but in the film, if you watch the film, there is no choice about the ending, it has to be the way it is."
Kajol also spoke about her character's transformation in the film. In an interview she said she would have never worn a saree and instead wanted to wear track pants and sneakers in the post-interval scenes.
"My version of Anjali would never be wearing a saree. She would be wearing those track pants and fab, expensive sneakers with it and make that look good," the actress stated.
'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai' was directed by Karan Johar and produced by Yash Raj Films. The movie also starred Rani Mukerji in a pivotal role.
