SBP reserves up by $393m to $4.46bn

KARACHI (Dunya News) – The State Bank of Pakistan's (SBP) reserves have increased by $393 million to $4,462.7m mainly due to receipt of official GoP inflows.

The total liquid foreign reserves held by the country stood at $9,745.5m as of June 30, 2023. The break-up of the foreign reserves position is as under:

i) Foreign reserves held by the State Bank of Pakistan: $4,462.7m 

ii) Net foreign reserves held by commercial banks : $5,282.8m 

iii) Total liquid foreign reserves : $9,745.5m

During the week ended on June 30, 2023, SBP reserves increased by $393 million to $4,462.7m mainly due to receipt of official GoP inflows.
