ECC approval for appointing IFC as advisor, approves grants for KPK and Sindh
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - International Finance Corporation was approved to be appointed as a transaction advisor for the outsourcing of Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi airports.
A meeting of the Economic Coordination Committee was conducted under the chairmanship of Finance Minister, Senator Ishaq Dar.
In the meeting, also a grant of Rs 5 billion was approved for development schemes in tribal areas.

The meeting decided to grant Rs.607.6 million for development schemes in Sindh, and a grant of Rs.1 billion and 68 million was also approved for the Ministry of Housing. The money will be spent on the SDGs program in KPK and Sindh.
In the meeting of the Economic Coordination Committee, the summary of the implementation of the agreement between the government and K Electric was postponed.
